My Random Facts
- I’ve always been good at creative writing and throughout the years have always come up with multiple ideas for my own novel. I guess it’s a bucket list thing but who knows? Maybe someday I will!
- Whenever I was little, I always dreamed of my husband being from a different state than me. (What do you know? He was!)
- When I was little, my Dad always told me I was a very graceful runner. I hated knowing that as I was never really good at sports, but I have now attempted a few half marathons (among other races)! I think his words inspired me.
- My favorite color has always been some shade of blue. When I got married, since the husband’s favorite color was orange, I added pink to compliment it. Ever since then, I tell people my favorite color is pink. Although, based on my mood, I still believe it is pink or blue.
- Two of my favorite married activities are going to the grocery store and library with the husband. It’s cheap fun bonding time!
- Whenever I am sick, I can normally stomach fried chicken and mashed potatoes. Even if I’ve spent most of the day vomiting.
- I’ve always been an animal lover, so that’s why we rescued three cookies!
- I don’t like infants. I don’t find them cute. They normally grow up to be cute kids, but until they can do more than eat, sleep, and poop, I’m not very interested.
- I’ve been going to Walt Disney World every year since before I was born. Now, I guess I kind of live there. 🙂
- I love to have a huge savings account for mishaps and rainy days, but I’m also a believer in spending money on amazing life experiences.
- Speaking of traveling, the next few trips that we want to enjoy are Europe (mostly English speaking countries as we aren’t that talented), Australia, Japan, and back to Hawaii again. Oh yeah, and Mount Rushmore & Graceland. (Yes, random, I know!)

- What is your favorite Amusement/Theme Park? Disneyland. 🙂 It’s the original so it has a great place in my heart.
- Would you rather visit the Ocean or the Mountains? Ocean. The higher up I go, the more scared I get!
- If you could visit any destination in the world, where would it be? See question 11 of mine. However, I’d really love to go to Greece or Italy.
- What is the one food or drink you could NEVER EVER give up? Pasta and muffins. I’m a carb girl.
- If there was a movie released about your life, who would play you? I would really love Marilyn Monroe to (since I’ve been reading a lot of books on her lately), but since that’s not an option… let’s say Jennifer Aniston.
- What is your favorite quote or song lyric? song lyric? Something ’bout the way you looked at me / Made me think for a moment / That maybe we were meant to be. Quote? “I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they’re right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.”
― Marilyn Monroe - Do you have a crazy, far-fetched bucket list item in your life? (I am sure you do!) What is it? It was run a marathon. However, that doesn’t seem too crazy anymore. We shall see.
- Where’s the best place to get breakfast/brunch where you live? What do you order? Hmm, we don’t get out for breakfast much. However, one of my favorite Disney places is 1900 Park Faire or Captain Cook’s at the Polynesian for some Tonga Toast.
- If you could compete in any Olympic Sport, what would it be? Curling. Why? Because, it’s probably the only one I’d be any good at.
- Who is your favorite news anchor? Don’t really pay much attention, but if I had to pick, the Brian Williams guy? His voice is decent.
- If you could have a $5K shopping spree at any store, which would you choose? It depends. If I currently like the clothing at New York & Company or Express, I’d spend it there. If not, I’d spend it at Home Depot or Lowes to get stuff for our house! Or even a furniture store!
